Our test systems , for both R&D and Production, test all facets of product and component performance, and have the flexibility to change test phases on-demand. Our test systems are designed to adapt as your products evolves over its life cycle : Our test machine's infrastructure is designed to be software re-configurable (example: actuators and sensors can be commuted with appropriate matrixes or crossbars)
Our test machine's control software is flexible in every aspect, from man/machine interface to test reports, through test cycle definition, I/O configuration, etc. Utilizing intelligent high level, user-friendly, editors without going down to difficult low level programming is a key advantage of our test benches.


The test benches we deliver at InTest & InBench are not off-the-shelf test machines. We focus on projects in which the test process is complex and sophisticated enough to warrant a custom test machine design .Each project is divided into 3 balanced phases: Design Phase, Assembly Phase, and Delivery phase which includes, integration, commissioning, support & training. Our strong engineering background originates from our start with Steria, (leading European IT firm) and its recognized project management, and ISO certified quality assurance culture.


At the Design Stage, our test machines are essential tools for R&D engineers to establish the best balance of functionality, performance, and cost. Example: Stress test a prototype product, and determine the minimal amount of material needed to reach the desired performance. Establishing desired performance on minimal material potentially saves countless resources and cost.
At the Production Stage, our machines help tune the production process to optimal cost-performance balance by validating the product's conformance to any variety of its specifications. Example: Match the parameters that a hydraulic valve meets or exceeds, against the settings of the milling machines. Testing each product on a production line ensures that all products going into field are in true working condition, and is a safeguard for the manufacturer's image and reputation.


InTest and InBench deliver support through immediate phone / remote maintenance availability 14 hours a day. We also maintain a 2 hour emergency response time for calls outside the 14 hour time frame.
Support, typically, is called for whenever an incident impairs machine availability, or for preventative maintenance at regular intervals (machine checkups).Support is also utilized by customers whenever an evolution of the test definition is required. (Corrective / preventive / evolution)
This allows for solving 80% of usual problems in minutes, without having to wait for an on site visit.


The project life cycle in our fixed price turn key engineering project as we manage them at InBench. This life cycle follows the “V Cycle” as defined by ISO for project management that allows for:
Insuring traceability of all customer needs and the matching solution through the writing of functional specifications (general then detailed) validated by the customer. Not mixing the “what” (functional) and the “how” (components) to avoid involving the customer's responsibility on the solution used to achieve the project goals.
